Regulus is designed to support professional users with source-led research material, including references that can be checked at source. It should be used to support, not replace, professional judgement, and important points should still be verified where appropriate.

You can ask about core UK tax areas including income tax, corporation tax, VAT, capital gains tax, IR35 and off-payroll working, PAYE and NICs, pensions, property income, SDLT, penalties and related compliance issues. Responses include a confidence indicator to flag where further checking is likely needed.

Regulus is designed so that conversations are handled securely and are not used to train the model. We do not share your queries with third parties and operate in line with UK GDPR. We recommend avoiding the inclusion of unnecessary personal or highly sensitive client information in queries.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Regulus is regularly updated to reflect relevant HMRC announcements, Finance Act changes and related source material. Because tax law changes frequently, users should still check that any response is current and applicable to the matter in hand.

At present, Regulus is offered as an individual subscription at £29 plus VAT per month. We are exploring wider team and firm options — please get in touch to register interest.

If you reach your monthly query limit, your allowance will reset at the start of the next billing cycle. If you regularly need more than your allowance provides, please contact us.

You can update your billing information anytime through your account dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Billing and you'll be able to update your payment method, billing address, and view your invoice history. All changes take effect immediately.
